CEO SLEEPOUT SMART WATCH COMPETITION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Each $300 raised for The Vinnies CEO Sleepout by eligible entrants is a chance to win an Apple Watch Ultra 2

Promotion Period

Promotion Period runs between 9am AEST Monday 3 June 2024 and 11:59pm AEST Friday 7 June 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States

Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.

Prizes

Apple Watch Ultra 2 (RRP $1,399).

How to Enter

Registered participants on the Vinnies CEO Sleepout website for The Vinnies CEO Sleepout 2024 in Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania (Events) who collect donations through their personal online fundraising pages for the Event within the Promotion Period.

Entry is limited to one per person for each $300 raised within the Promotion Period.

Entrants who are registered during the Promotion Period and meet the entry requirements set out above will be automatically entered into the Competition.

Winners

Winners will be drawn by St Vincent de Paul Society NSW (Vinnies NSW) at random from valid entries received, on Monday 10 June 2024.

Winners will be notified within 2 business days of the prize draw by email or phone. To claim the prize, the winner must provide their postal address for the prize to be shipped to. Winner must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified. If prize is not claimed within that time, then prize will be forfeited by the winner and the prize will be redrawn. The alternate winner will be notified within 2 buiness days of the re-draw via email or phone and must comply with these terms as if they were the original winner.

If winner cannot be contacted, or the prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, then they forfeit all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner may be drawn.

Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who are residents of Australia at the commencement of the Promotion Period and who meet the entry requirements described above.

Entrants who are under 18 years old must have the consent of their parent or guardian. By entering the competition, entrants under 18 years confirm that they have such consent.

The following persons are not eligible to participate in the prize draw:

  • Management, staff and volunteers of any St Vincent de Paul entity in Australia and their immediate families (spouse, partner, parent, grandparent, child or sibling)
  • Any person or agency associated with the prize draw

Other terms

  • Prize draw is being run by St Vincent de Paul Society NSW (ABN 91 161 127 340) of Charles O’Neill State Support Office, 2C West Street, Lewisham, NSW 2049 in its own capacity and as agent for the relevant St Vincent de Paul entities in each State or Territory in which you are participating in the fundraising activity, or in your State or Territory of residence (as applicable).
