A car isn’t a home. A couch isn’t security.
Homelessness isn’t always what you think. It’s not just rough sleeping or the images we’re used to seeing, it’s people living in cars, couch surfing, or hiding their situation out of shame and fear.
This year, I’m taking part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout because I’ve seen firsthand how quickly life can unravel, how hard it can be to ask for help, and how the system isn’t always built to catch people before they fall.
This isn’t about a one-night experience, it’s about action. Every dollar raised helps provide crucial support like crisis accommodation, food and long-term solutions to break the cycle. If you’re in a position to help, I’d love your support.
