One night isn't a lot, but it can make a whole lot of difference

More than 30,000 Victorians experience homelessness, struggling to afford safe, secure housing. Each night, more than 1,500 people sleep rough across Melbourne.

In one of the world's most liveable cities, in a very wealthy country, this problem worsens every year.

I’m part of the Vinnies CEO Sleepout in 2025. For one night, I’ll be sleeping outside to reflect on the harsh realities faced by those without a home.

If you are anything like me, you pass people sleeping rough most days and think you'll donate somewhere someday. This is the day.
