One night isn't a lot, but it can make a whole lot of difference
Homelessness statistics in Sydney and surrounds are disgusting. Remember Filthy Rich and Homeless? Struggle Street? Yeah. Fucked.
This year I'm taking part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout to raise money for the St Vincent de Paul Society to support Australians in need. For one night, I'll be sleeping outside as part of an eye-opening experience to raise awareness and bring home the realities of homelessness.
More important than my own "personal growth" is that Vinnies' programs help break the devastating cycle of homelessness. It's not just bandaid solutions (though those are also essential). They need a large amount of money, all at once, to make the programs work, and they need your support.Â
Or, think of this as paying to make me uncomfortable. Whatever. Donate $100. It will make a huge difference to people who need it more than you.
$100! Get to it.
Thanks and xox, Rohan

I'll give you an extra $100 if you wear fingerless gloves and paint on an obviously fake 5 o'clock shadow.
